Venus in Sagittarius: Time to pan for Internal Gold

This grouping tells us the good will begin to rise to the top once we have released our old (internal) operating systems. This takes trust, time, consistency, determination, and some creativity. This current planetary configuration can be intense and challenging* to those who don’t like change or are attached to the old systems. While it takes effort (see below), we are in an exciting time of change where we can get clear on our gifts and talents, and what we truly want – and want to offer back. Venus is influencing things now encouraging beauty, justice, and the need for connection and collaboration.

Keep in mind: Venus is in Mula now (until Dec 1), which means “the roots” in Sanskrit, reminding us to go deep to the roots and destroy the old illusions we were fed. Nirriti, the goddess of destruction, rules this sign and time. She is clearing the path and paving the way for her sister Lakshmi to come in bringing the abundance we are open and ready for. We can’t have one without the other.

In the meantime, we have to sift and sift to unveil the gold within. Use this intensely karmic time well to figure out where you are most creative, what speaks to you spiritually, and what systems you feel are ready to be broken up – in your own life or for the greater good.
